Meet Sadaf Bijan, the founder of Trend Architects. She is a registered Architect in the state of Texas, North Carolina, Ohio and Oregon.

She is an NCARB certified professional and is expanding her registration to different States across America as job opportunities arise. She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Design as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. As a member of the American Institute of Architects, she is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of excellence, integrity, and collaboration in her work.

In addition to her technical skills, Sadaf is passionate about understanding her clients’ unique needs and visions to translate them into beautiful and functional spaces. With extensive experience managing diverse projects both domestically and internationally, she brings strong analytical, detail-oriented, effective time management, and communication skills to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Sadaf’s expertise also extends to the principles of sustainability and environmentally conscious design. As a LEED AP, she understands the importance of creating eco-friendly buildings and structures that minimize their impact on the environment and the surrounding community.
